Get a Sexier Booty in No Time

Most girls and even older women want a bigger, more defined, toned sexy butt! There are only a select few girls who actually got it all by birth, (LUCKY!!!). It's actually very easy to create a rounder, fuller booty without gaining weight everywhere else! Since, I've always been one of those girls who had a very small butt, I decided to do some research and see what actually can work and what can't.
Turns out there are quite a few different diets and exercises you can do to be just that much sexier. I would reccomend taking a look at this E-Book. Aside from the simple exercises listed below, it will explain so many more options and ways to get you a bigger, sexier behind.

Below I'm going to list a few steps that will explain everything!

*Leg Lifts-Lie down with your back flat on the floor and your legs stretched out. Position your hands either under your head, or spread them to the sides. Lift your legs up almost vertically, then slowly lower them down. DO NOT let your legs touch the floor, if you do, you'll lose the whole point of the exercise. Do 3 sets of 10 reps for beginners, then increase them to 12, then 14, then 16 reps with experience and practice. This will strengthen the hamstring muscle, and uplift your booty!
*Squats-Stand up straight with your legs shoulder width apart. Slowly squat down to the floor, feeling your every muscle flex. I prefer to keep my hands stretched out in front of me. Keep your back straight while squatting, and don't squat all the way down. Allow a reasonable distance between your butt and the floor. That will increase the muscle build up and make the results come faster! Do the same amount of reps as in previous exercise!
*Moving Squats-Basically the same thing as squats, except for when you are lowering yourself, only go halfway. Make three steps to the right, then three steps to the left, then slowly lift yourself up. That's considered a rep. Start out with ten of those, and then move up!
*Lunges-Lunges work great because they target many muscles at once. On the front part of your leg they will affect your glutes and hamstrings, and on the back they will work on quads and calves. It's one of the top exercises to increase your butt, and it's very popular among many women. Stand up in a split stance with legs about three feet apart, and drop your lower knee to the floor, while keeping your front heel on the ground. Hold a barbell in each hand for best results. Make sure your knees are at a 90 degree angle. Then pull yourself up to the original position. When in a "lunge position, make sure your knee is centered over your foot. If it sounds confusing, Google "lunges" and it will come up with some pictures!
*Step Ups-This is a pretty simple and even fun exercise. It can be mainly done at the gym, because you would need one of those stair-stepping machines. This basically is like walking up the stairs, (which as a matter of fact is a great alternative for a gym machine.) When your "stepping foot" presses down hard to step up a stair, it works out your glutes, bringing you one step closer to that sexy new shape!

While exercises may seem like a load of work, it's really not that bad. Keep your breathing stable, stretch well before exercising and you're set to go! However, these exercises are not the only way to a better butt. There are also many supplements and herbs you can take to target gaining weight in your buttock area. This book here explains many different ways, as well as other exercises that will dramatically increase your butt size. Get Sexy, Smooth Legs in No Time

Summer time is around the corner, and that means that the mini skirts and those booty shorts are going to come out from our "put away for the winter" stash! Or. . . Even better, it's time to go shopping for the sexy, leg baring new clothes! However, what's the beauty of shorts, if your legs are flaky, dry, and overall "gross" looking? Don't worry, it's easily fixable!

It just takes a nice bottle of lotion, a brand new razor, and maybe some bronzer(depending on your preference)! I will review the best razors out there, the best lotions, and even bronzers! Just you wait.:) But first I'm going to cover the basic details of giving your legs that Hollywood look.

*Scrub--Put some warm water on your legs, and put a drop of scrub in your hand. Make sure you don't use too much of the scrub, because an excessive amount can over-scrub your skin causing it to dry out. Rub in the particles all over your legs, especially around your knees where the skin is almost always dry! After finishing this process wash off your legs.

*Shave--Be sure to always scrub first, and THEN shave. Shaving your legs makes them a lot more sensitive, which would result in a bad irritation if you scrub afterwards! I'm not going to go into a long, detailed description of how to shave your legs, because I'm sure you already all know that. And if you don't, ask a friend. I'm sure they do=) Just kidding.

*Moisturize-Moisturizing is a very important part, because if you don't-your whole 2 step process prior to this was pointless. Your legs will start to flake, look dry and gross=(. We don't want that do we? That's why you need to get the best lotion you can out there and stick to it. Now, as bad as this will sound, scented lotions, if you haven't noticed, are not that great of moisturizers. My number One preference is a cream called DMSO. I'll go into the details on that later. A moisturizer works best if you apply it right after the shower. That's when your skin is most open-pored, (if that makes sense), allowing the moisturizing to take effect faster, and with better results.

*Bronze-Bronzing needs to be taken very seriously, because if you make a mistake, you could end up looking like you rubbed yourself with orange paint. Make sure to get the bronzer that matches fits your skin tone the most. If you're naturally fair skinned, pick the type especially for "Light Tones". Don't put bronzer on EVER unless your legs are scrubbed and smooth, otherwise the "tan" will go on unevenly and look horrible. Personal experience, girls! Take extra care around the knees, ankles, and feet. Make sure you rub it in as smoothly, and as evenly as possible. If you do, you will be rewarded with sexy, sleek, tan legs.

Well now that the basics are covered, I'll share some of my personal favorites with you!
Scrub-Bali Secret Natural Body Scrub
This is my personal favorite, because it exfoliates so well, that your body feels extremely smooth afterwards. It feels like a magic scrub, I honestly LOVE my legs after I exfoliate with it. I would recommend it to all. Do remember, I'm not in any way affiliated with Bali, nor do I earn any comission. I'm just simply stating what I think of this product.
Shave-Venus Vibrance
I have two favorite razors. My first choice is Venus Vibrance, the pink lady wonder. It vibrates while you shave, allowing exfoliation of the left over dead skin cells, as well as perfect shaving. It curves around all of your "trouble spots", making it really easy to reach hard shaving places.
Shave-Intuition
This one is very convenient, because every razor blade comes with shaving cream in solid form around it. As soon as you get the razor wet, you can start shaving because the shaving cream attached to the razor will do all the work. You don't need to lather on additional shaving cream, so it's very convenient. It's very flexible around your trouble spots, and blades come with certain protectors, making sure you never cut yourself. It's pretty cool!
Moisturize-DMSO
I'm now going to say something you guys have probably never heard of before. There is this all natural product called DMSO. It's absolutely amazing. It probably costs about $17 a bottle, and only sold at local nutrition stores. It does miracles. It got rid of ALL my acne, bumps, redness, and whatever else, you name it. I've been trying ProActiv, a bunch of other different astrigents, and nothing worked as good as this product did. Sorry, I got side tracked, but DMSO targets basically anything. When you put it on your legs, it has a cooling, minty effect. And guess what? You won't have to moisturize for another week, because this lotion/miracle makes your legs smooth for a very long time! So it's very economical. Try it! Works better than any Victoria Secret lotion!
